Location: Germany




Our client is an international established start-up company which is already incorporated in one of the biggest German high-tech groups by 100%.



Your job:


  • Development of the sales revenue from currently $ 40 Mio up to $ 100 Mio
  • Definition and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy
  • Searching and creating new markets – New Business Development
  • Taking care on existing partners as well as building and managing a network of interesting partners to reach the end-market.
  • Negotiating and closing multimillion deals and going alongside all relevant commercial transactions like milestones, payments, guarantees, …
  • Sales forecasting as well as preparing an annual budget & revenue.
  • Contribution sales & marketing information and recommendation to the strategic company plans/reviews
  • Developing as well as enforcing overall sales & marketing policies/procedures.
  • Extending a sales department and managing a sales team when the company will accelerate its growth



Your profile:


  • Strong international experience in a leading Sales & Marketing position (more than 12 years), preferably in Semiconductors.
  • Strong technical understanding, ideally in a field that’s related to the Semiconductors (technical education preferred but not a prerequisite).
  • Successful in launching of new products in a new market
  • Experience growing a sales organization.
  • Experience in developing marketing concepts to increase company and product visibility
  • Fluent in English as well as German.
  • Very Strong skills in leadership, strategic management, closing deals
