Our client is looking for an experienced sales account manager. The candidate will be responsible for a set of industrial and automotive key customers in Bavaria and Austria. The objective is to put in place a sales strategy, to develop the accounts by winning new business opportunities and finally to contribute to the sales growth and market share expansion.

The candidate for this position should be used to work self-driven, autonomously and with a high level of flexibility in a challenging environment. The candidate should know how to build trust with and provide best-in-class service to the companies customers. A good understanding of the automotive market is needed for this position. The candidate should have a good technical knowledge in order to understand the customer needs and drive the promotion and design-in of the full product kit. The candidate should coordinate and follow-up with internal (FAE, technical marketing) and external (distribution partner) resources, until the design is won and generates new billings.
