Who we need:

• A Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in an international setting.
• A hands-on mentality and team player attitude.
• Experience in the professional lighting market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional value.

Your Role:

• As a key member of the team, you'll manage a designated portfolio of products, overseeing pricing, product lifecycle management, and data analysis.
• By understanding customer needs and market trends, you'll translate insights into actionable product strategies and business opportunities.
•  You'll work closely with sales and R&D teams to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Your role will also involve facilitating communication between our product development teams in China and Europe, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely execution.
• With your strategic mindset, you'll contribute to segment and channel planning initiatives, identifying new avenues for growth and expansion.
• Providing organisational support to our sales teams, you'll develop training programs and deliver product-related updates to enhance their capabilities.
• Your role will also involve sharing your local knowledge and expertise with stakeholders across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
