If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading manufacturer of high-performance electronic components and systems, specializing in the distribution of high quality, cutting edge semiconductors.

As our US Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across the Americas. You will lead a team of talented sales professionals based primarily in the US to develop and execute winning strategies, build strong relationships with our franchised distributors, and maximize our market share across the region. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of our business in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of FAEs, Technical Sales Engineers, and Inside Sales representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets, including territory planning, account management, and demand generation programs.
  • Manage and grow our network of franchised distributors across the USA, ensuring optimal coverage and performance through regular communication, business reviews, and joint planning sessions.
  • Conduct regular product and sales training sessions to equip distributor sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and address customer needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the semiconductor industry, with a focus on distribution channel management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Business; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential
