Senior Field Application Engineer (Industrial)

We are currently representing a true leader in the semiconductor industry, who are rapidly expanding their business in Japan focusing on HV Power Conversion technology.

Position: Senior Field Application Engineer

Location: Yokohama, Japan

This position is responsible for providing technical design and application support to major customers in Japan, assist them with demo boards and engineering reports, as well as support important customer projects in collaboration with other engineering teams globally.

What you need:

• Knowledge in AC-DC, DC-DC, and Switch-Mode Power Supply design, analysis, and test.
• Fundamental knowledge of design for magnetic components (Inductors and Transformers etc).
• Able to design, debug, and suggest changes to customers and engineering teams.
