On behalf of a notable client in the high-tech electronic systems distribution area, I'm seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to manage strategic accounts in the Munich area.
 
In this role you will get to:
 
  • Build relationships with major clients in the Munich area in a variety of industries including defense, aerospace, automotive, and others
  • Complete complex RF solution sales involving intensive technical consulting, supported by technical colleagues in the business
  • Sell a wide range of complex systems with high demand within your niche client base
  • Play a major role in the organic growth of this business - you'll acquire new customers and have the opportunity to build a team around you if you are successful in achieving promotion to Sales Director
  • Work alongside a talented leadership team, including the MD for Germany who is an expert in RF technology and a UK based head-office with a demonstrated history of growing the business
  • Earn uncapped commission based on performance: this is a sales-driven role with an exceptional incentive structure as well as a solid fixed salary. You'll have the market opportunity and incentive structure to enable you to overperform and reap the rewards of your efforts. 
 
The skills and requirements of the role:
 
  • Experience in a Technical Sales position with a demonstrated technical education or background - knowledge of RF or complex systems would be beneficial, however any strong salesperson with a technical mind in the electronics industry - including electromechanical, semiconductor etc. - could potentially be successful in the role.
  • Solid background of Sales achievements, such as customer acquisition, account growth, or technical design-ins completed
  • Driver's license
  • Based in or near the Munich area
