We are working with a major interconnect sales organisation with almost 50 years of history and an exceptional reputation in the market who are seeking a Field Sales Engineer for the Munich area:
Your daily work
  • You'll operate in the strategically important Munich area where the business has identified concrete opportunities for rapid growth within the market as well as serving its sizeable permanent client base.
  • You'll become a specialist in top-of-the-line products in the Interconnect component market. You'll go to market as an expert selling the largest interconnect portfolio as a specialist in the space to a client base including automotive, aerospace, and the rapidly growing defence market.
  • As a trusted, independent member of the team in the region, you will use and develop your strategic business development skills as the company will rely on and support you to maximize the market opportunity that exists as well as open new doors for business.
  • You'll be trusted to manage your own time to attend client sites and be supported by a local team in the Munich office.
What we need from you
  • Sales experience in a customer facing position
  • Fluent English and professional-grade German language capabilities
  • Experience in the IP&E or semiconductor industries within manufacturing, distribution or another related field
  • Motivation and ability to achieve or exceed a sales responsibility in the region
  • Driving license and ability to travel on a regular basis to client sites within the sales region
