We are working with a leading ADAS / AD company with a global presence, known for its innovative Software Products. As they expand operations in the EMEA region, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Sales to lead their sales efforts and drive growth.
As the Director of Sales for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies across the region. You will foster key relationships with clients and partners, and drive revenue growth while upholding commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans for the EMEA region to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing performance feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Analyse sales data and metrics to generate insightful reports and presentations for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Technical Bachelor's degree; Masters is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 6 years in sales leadership roles within the Automotive sector, with experience in the EMEA market.
- Experience with complex Software sales.
- Experience within Semiconductor / ADAS / Autonomous Driving markets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape in the EMEA region.
