The AI Center of Excellence is growing fast and we’re hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to help us build, scale and deploy real-world GenAI applications. This isn’t a classic AI role. We’re looking for strong software developers with solid GenAI/LLM experience, ready to get hands-on with cutting-edge proof-of-concepts.

Your focus: building two high-impact GenAI PoCs

• Product Quality Copilot: Help employees solve quality issues via GenAI-powered knowledge assistance.

• Generative Product Design: Use GenAI to turn customer input into scripts and 3D product designs.

These are strategic pilots – if successful, they'll scale across the business.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Strong coding skills in Python (mandatory) + Java or .NET

• Practical experience with LLMs or Generative AI

Good to have:

• Experience in SaaS, manufacturing or product-based environments

• Familiarity with Azure, AWS Bedrock, or open-source LLM frameworks
