Meet The Team

Baxter joined MRL in the first half of 2022 after cutting his teeth in telesales. Whilst Semiconductor Manufacturing is an entirely new industry for Baxter, he's joined one of our most successful and seasoned teams to service the American semiconductor industry, specialising in the manufacturing space.

Baxter is a natural when it comes to recruitment, taking a duty of care and consideration over all of the clients and candidates he interacts with. Baxter's inquisitive nature has allowed him to immerse himself in this new market, and support his wider team by supporting this end of the semiconductor ecosystem.

Outside of work, Baxter keeps himself fit and healthy playing sports and going to the gym and loves to travel the country on his weekends.
