Larisa is the first data analyst we've ever hired, and we're so excited to have her as part of our team!
With a Master's degree in Theoretical Physics, Larisa joins us after spending 4 years in Edinburgh, bringing some incredible expertise to the table. Larisa is going to help us analyse our recruitment process, understanding the trends, pain points and opportunities we have at our fingertips, but might be overlooking.
Not only that, Larisa will be able to help our clients understand the pain points in their hiring processes, providing analytical feedback on the entire recruitment process.
