Harley joined MRL in 2013 as an Account Manager after years of working in various sales roles. Since 2013, Harley has climbed through the ranks at MRL and is now Managing Director of Northern Europe, managing our consultants in Hove.
Harley manages our entire team of consultants in Hove, running training sessions, onboarding new joiners and facilitating a huge amount of the new business we develop. He's also heavily involved with our long-term strategies and hiring, so to say he's busy is an understatement.
Harley loves cars as much as he does golf (when the weather in England allows for it) and is a keen foodie. When his diary doesn't resemble a game of Tetris, Harley enjoys jetting off to sunnier parts of the world, most recently Italy, to soak up other cultures and everything they have to offer (whilst ignoring any suggestions of using suncream).
