FAQ's

What does a Resourcer do?

For those who are new to a Resourcer role, we understand you might have a few questions.

As a Resourcer, you only have to focus on 2 things; learning as much as you can, and sourcing candidates! You'll be given live roles to work on and feel the constant support of everyone around you.

Typically, Resourcers work with a team leader or a 360 consultant depending on where you're needed the most. Regardless of who you directly report to, you can rely on everyone in the office to share best practices and answer any questions you may have!

Of course! Our employee benefits are for everyone in every office regardless of seniority. Duvet days are allocated as soon as you pass your probation, just like everyone else.

We typically give everyone at MRL a 6-month probation period. You'll have monthly reviews with your manager or Managing Director in which you can talk about your career path at MRL, any specific areas you want training and development in and raise any questions, queries or concerns in confidentially.

As a Resourcer, you receive commission on every placement you make without any thresholds or ceilings.
