We're seeking a dynamic Technical Account Manager to join our team and shape the future of our Memory solutions in the automotive sector. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert for technical support, design-in, and business development of our Memory products (DRAM, eMMC, UFS, and SSD) for Automotive applications.
  • From initial inquiries to mass production, lead all technical activities, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with customer needs.
  • Provide timely and expert responses to technical queries, conduct regular meetings, and monitor project progress to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a troubleshooter, swiftly addressing any challenges that arise to maintain project momentum.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry, identifying emerging trends, customer demands, and new applications to inform future strategies.
  • Drive business growth by seizing new opportunities and spearheading design-in initiatives.
 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, physics, or related field.
  • Solid background in the Semiconductor industry, with experience in IC design or application engineering.
  • Knowledge of Memory technology is a significant advantage.
  • Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver persuasive and professional presentations.
  • Deep understanding of Semiconductor products and their applications.
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a multicultural environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with a willingness to travel occasionally.
