Business Development Manager – South East (Flexible Location)
£50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for technology and a proven record of success in the electrical or electronic industry? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global engineering leader renowned for its innovation, quality, and precision.
As Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving new business growth and building long-term relationships with OEM customers across the South East. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology used in some of the most advanced applications within the medical, defence, and aerospace sectors.
What You’ll Do:

Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with key OEM customers.

Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.

Manage your own territory across the South East, operating autonomously with the support of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

Attend regular team meetings at the UK HQ to share insights, successes, and ideas.
What We’re Looking For:

A proven background in sales within the electrical, electronic, or interconnect markets.

Experience selling to OEM customers is essential.
