We’re expanding our international sales support team and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our new European HQ in Weesp, Amsterdam. You’ll be part of a friendly, dedicated team supporting customers across 66+ countries in the lighting industry — helping deliver exceptional service across architectural and signage lighting solutions.

? What You’ll Do

  • Support our international sales team with quotes, order management, and delivery updates

  • Resolve issues across the sales cycle (delivery, invoicing, returns)

  • Communicate with supply chain, logistics, and internal teams to ensure customer success

  • Build strong relationships through regular customer calls and action planning via CRM

? What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of customer service or sales operations experience

  • Background in a technical or manufacturing environment (lighting or LED a bonus!)

  • Proficient in MS Office and order entry software

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred)

  • Fluent in French and/or German

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
