International Sales Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across assigned international regions. This is a hands-on, field-driven role, focused on business development, relationship management, and strategic market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international partners
• Analyse gaps and coordinate with Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to support market growth and brand visibility
• Prepare and execute annual sales budgets and monthly forecasts
• Report monthly sales performance to the International Sales Director

Customer & Market Management
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key customers
• Review sales and customer development across Wholesale and specification markets
• Research customer segments and product levels to optimise market penetration
• Coordinate logistics, compliance, and customer service for assigned clients

Performance & Reporting
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify key customers and product opportunities
• Track and report KPIs to measure return on investment
• Develop short- and long-term growth plans aligned with budgeted targets

Health, Safety & People Management
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
• Support, develop, and maintain positive relationships with staff to maximise performance
• Facilitate regular communication with Managers, Sales, Finance, and support teams
