Product / Delivery Manager

Location: Singapore

A global technology company is building a new engineering organization to strengthen internal software delivery, improve product ownership, and deliver scalable business solutions. We are looking for an experienced Product / Delivery Manager to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and software engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software is delivered efficiently and aligned with business priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into actionable development work, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful delivery in a fast-paced environment. While you will work closely with engineering leaders, this is not a people management role.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Gather, clarify, and prioritize business requirements before they enter development.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, backlog items, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
  • Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring engineering teams have well-defined, prioritized work.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, and delivery milestones with engineering, QA, and business teams.
  • Work closely with technical leads to assess feasibility, dependencies, risks, and delivery sequencing.
  • Facilitate communication across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and release readiness.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, scope changes, and blockers while providing clear stakeholder updates.
  • Support production issue follow-up by converting business impacts into actionable backlog items.
  • Maintain documentation including requirements, workflows, product decisions, and release communications.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Delivery Management, or similar roles.
  • Experience delivering enterprise software, internal business platforms, ERP, supply chain, logistics, or operational systems.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into engineering-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience managing software backlogs using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • A structured, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving delivery processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within supply chain, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or B2B platforms.
  • Familiarity with .NET, SQL Server, or enterprise business applications.
  • Exposure to warehouse systems, mobile applications, AI/ML initiatives, or data-driven business tools.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of production support, defect management, release planning, and incident management processes.

What You'll Gain

  • Opportunity to help shape a growing global engineering organization.
  • Work on business-critical platforms that support international operations.
  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and modern technology.
  • Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

If you're passionate about delivering business value through well-managed software delivery and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business, we'd love to hear from you.
