A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a forward-thinking, fast-paced business operating within the global electronic components industry.

Based in California with hybrid working flexibility, this role is key to driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the organization. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and be empowered to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Account Ownership

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts

  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high standard of service

  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet revenue goals

  • Collaborate with purchasing, operations, logistics, and quality teams to support customer needs

  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer objectives

Customer Interaction & Engagement

  • Conduct regular outreach through phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Travel occasionally to strengthen customer relationships face-to-face

Team Collaboration & Market Insight

  • Partner closely with business development teams to align on growth goals

  • Share market intelligence and feedback to influence business decisions


Your Experience and Skills

  • Several years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related commercial role

  • Industry experience in electronic components, distribution, or tech is advantageous

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools

  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
