We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our fast-growing team in Shanghai. This is a hybrid opportunity that offers flexibility while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
As a key member of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic customer relationships, managing high-value accounts, and contributing to overall business growth. The ideal candidate brings a passion for sales, a customer-first mindset, and a strong understanding of the electronics or components distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Engagement

Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customer accounts

Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact to ensure excellent service delivery

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand client relationships

Sales Development & Execution

Create and execute tailored sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

Negotiate pricing and terms, manage the sales cycle, and close deals efficiently

Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to fulfil customer expectations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with business development and internal teams to support regional initiatives

Provide insights from the field to inform market strategy and product positioning

Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and pipeline forecasts

Customer Interaction

Maintain frequent customer communication through calls, emails, and video meetings

Conduct on-site visits where necessary to deepen relationships and drive engagement

Requirements
-
Several years of experience in sales, account management, or related role

Experience in the electronics industry or component distribution is highly desirable

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and English

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting systems

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
