About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Account Manager to join our growing team based in Singapore. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds – the flexibility of working remotely combined with the collaborative energy of being part of a high-performing office team.
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing key client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving commercial growth across the region. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing clients
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts -
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement account strategies that align with client goals and business targets
Prepare competitive quotations, manage negotiations, and close deals effectively
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery -
Collaboration & Communication
Engage with cross-functional teams including logistics, purchasing, and operations
Coordinate with business development teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies
Regularly report on sales progress, pipeline activity, and market feedback -
Customer Engagement
Maintain consistent communication through calls, meetings, and email
Participate in client visits and industry events as needed
What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or account management role

Background in electronics, components distribution, or technology sectors preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to client management

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting

Well-organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Familiar with CRM systems and sales tools

Willingness to travel occasionally within the region when required
