About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Account Manager to join a growing, innovative business operating at the forefront of the electronic components and distribution industry.

This hybrid role is based in Austin and will play a vital part in accelerating sales performance, building customer loyalty, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced inside sales or account management professional with a strong track record in customer development and retention.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Account Management

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service and support

  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships and grow revenue

Sales Execution

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Work collaboratively with purchasing, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

  • Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and market demand

Client Engagement & Travel

  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and video calls

  • Travel occasionally for in-person customer visits and relationship development

Internal Collaboration

  • Align with business development to enhance go-to-market strategy

  • Provide market feedback and competitive insight to help shape commercial decisions


Required Skills and Experience

  • Several years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role

  • Background in the electronic components or technology distribution industry preferred

  • Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive revenue growth

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with strong time management and CRM proficiency

  • Willingness to travel on occasion
