The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and account development to help grow our presence across Europe. This is a fully remote position for a confident communicator who can build lasting customer relationships, deliver value, and collaborate cross-functionally within a global team.
You’ll be instrumental in managing a portfolio of strategic clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that service excellence remains at the heart of everything we do.
Your Role and Impact
Customer & Account Management

Take ownership of a portfolio of high-potential customer accounts

Act as the go-to point of contact, providing consistent support and proactive service

Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to expand customer value
Sales Strategy & Execution

Execute account strategies that align with customer needs and company priorities

Work collaboratively with purchasing, logistics, and operations to ensure top-tier service delivery

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Client Engagement

Maintain regular virtual contact with clients through calls, emails, and video meetings

Travel occasionally across Europe to meet clients and strengthen strategic relationships
Internal Collaboration

Partner closely with business development teams to align growth strategies

Share market insight and feedback to shape commercial and product approaches
What You Bring
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or inside sales

Background in electronic components, distribution, or high-tech supply chain preferred

A proactive approach to building strong client relationships

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Willingness to travel as needed within the region
