The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and account development to help grow our presence across Europe. This is a fully remote position for a confident communicator who can build lasting customer relationships, deliver value, and collaborate cross-functionally within a global team.

You’ll be instrumental in managing a portfolio of strategic clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that service excellence remains at the heart of everything we do.


Your Role and Impact

Customer & Account Management

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of high-potential customer accounts

  • Act as the go-to point of contact, providing consistent support and proactive service

  • Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to expand customer value

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Execute account strategies that align with customer needs and company priorities

  • Work collaboratively with purchasing, logistics, and operations to ensure top-tier service delivery

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations

Client Engagement

  • Maintain regular virtual contact with clients through calls, emails, and video meetings

  • Travel occasionally across Europe to meet clients and strengthen strategic relationships

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner closely with business development teams to align growth strategies

  • Share market insight and feedback to shape commercial and product approaches


What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or inside sales

  • Background in electronic components, distribution, or high-tech supply chain preferred

  • A proactive approach to building strong client relationships

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region
