What You’ll Do
Customer Growth & Retention

Manage and expand a portfolio of assigned customer accounts

Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive retention and revenue

Serve as the key contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Strategic Sales Execution

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Create account strategies that align with customer needs and company goals

Collaborate across purchasing, logistics, and operations to deliver outstanding results
Client Engagement

Lead regular communication via virtual meetings, phone, and email

Travel occasionally to meet clients in-person and strengthen relationships
Team & Market Collaboration

Align closely with business development and internal stakeholders to drive performance

Provide market feedback to help refine our offerings and approach
What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of success in account management or inside sales

Industry experience in electronic components, technology, or related distribution sectors

A proactive, relationship-first approach with excellent communication skills

Experience working remotely and managing time effectively

Comfort with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Willingness to travel occasionally for key client engagements
