We are recruiting on behalf of a leading technology and sustainability-focused organisation for an experienced Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional to drive growth within the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and data center services market.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that align with clients’ sustainability and data security goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in ITAD and data center services.

  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, VARs, MSPs, OEMs, and channel partners.

  • Understand client requirements around data security, compliance, sustainability, and cost recovery.

  • Present and position ITAD and data center solutions, including asset resale, recycling, refurbishment, and secure data destruction.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Collaborate with operations, remarketing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.


About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within ITAD, IT services, technology resale, or related fields.

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong professional network within enterprise IT, procurement, or technology services.

  • Solid understanding of IT hardware lifecycle management, asset recovery, and e-waste regulations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
