We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager for the DACH region to drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships and support customers across industrial, transportation, aerospace, medical and other high-reliability sectors.

What You’ll Be Driving

• New business development across OEMs, distributors and design partners

• Territory ownership with full responsibility for growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

• Design-in engagement with engineering teams on custom and standard interconnect solutions

• Account management building long-term, trusted customer relationships

• Market intelligence & strategy to identify growth channels and emerging opportunities

• Cross-functional collaboration with global product, engineering and marketing teams

What You Bring

• Strong technical sales background within connectors, electromechanical components or industrial electronics

• Proven success growing a territory or vertical market in the DACH region

• Ability to engage confidently with engineers, procurement teams and senior stakeholders

• Hunter mentality paired with strategic thinking and consultative selling skills

• Fluent German & English
