The role is focused on expanding the customer base, accelerating engagement across key accounts, and working cross-functionally to deliver value-added solutions. You’ll play a vital part in shaping regional strategy while building long-term, trusted partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new customers across strategic industries in the region

• Deliver consultative sales conversations that position the full breadth of services offered

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align technical and operational solutions with client needs

• Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (domestic & international)

• Analyze territory trends and contribute to the development of regional growth strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in electronic component sales, supply chain, distribution, or adjacent technology sectors

• Deep understanding of quality, compliance, and testing requirements common in the component market

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders

• A structured, organized approach to pipeline management using CRM systems

• Familiarity with consultative sales methods such as Challenger, Sandler, or similar

• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed

• Valid passport and eligibility to travel
