About the Role:
As a Senior BDM, you’ll be responsible for:

Identifying & winning new business across your territory

Building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively target new customers through outbound efforts

Manage and grow a pipeline of high-value opportunities

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan

Collaborate closely with inside sales, purchasing, and operations

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in sales, business development, or account management in the electronics industry

Proven track record of exceeding targets

Strong communication & negotiation skills
