We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with leading automotive clients. The role will see you:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers as well as manage two account managers

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions.

  • Monitor sales performance, forecast volumes, and report on key metrics.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

  • Provide client feedback to support product development initiatives.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, account performance, and pipeline status.

  • Use data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in the automotive industry, ideally with tier 1 accounts.

  • Proven track record managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable managing complex data.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with teams across an organization.

  • Experience leading teams or managing stakeholders is a plus.
