We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with leading automotive clients. The role will see you:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers as well as manage two account managers

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Monitor sales performance, forecast volumes, and report on key metrics.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Provide client feedback to support product development initiatives.

Prepare regular reports on sales activity, account performance, and pipeline status.

Use data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

5–10 years’ experience in the automotive industry, ideally with tier 1 accounts.

Proven track record managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluent in French and English.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable managing complex data.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with teams across an organization.

Experience leading teams or managing stakeholders is a plus.
