Our client, a leading provider of high-end architectural lighting solutions, is seeking an experienced specification sales person to drive sales growth and expand market presence across North West UK.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, lighting designers, engineers, and specifiers to drive brand awareness and secure product specifications.

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

  • Present product solutions through in-person meetings, presentations, and virtual calls, highlighting technical features, benefits, and design compatibility.

  • Collaborate with internal product teams to tailor offerings to project needs and market trends.

  • Monitor and track specifications through project lifecycles to ensure successful conversion to orders.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to maintain market visibility and gather competitive intelligence.

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.

  • Work closely with distribution partners and contractors to support project execution and resolve on-site challenges.

  • Stay informed on lighting technology trends (e.g., LED, smart lighting, IoT systems) and sustainability practices.

The assigned region and territory are performing strongly, with continued growth and a solid base of loyal clients and active projects.
