Our client, a leading provider of high-end architectural lighting solutions, is seeking an experienced specification sales person to drive sales growth and expand market presence across North West UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, lighting designers, engineers, and specifiers to drive brand awareness and secure product specifications.

Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

Present product solutions through in-person meetings, presentations, and virtual calls, highlighting technical features, benefits, and design compatibility.

Collaborate with internal product teams to tailor offerings to project needs and market trends.

Monitor and track specifications through project lifecycles to ensure successful conversion to orders.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to maintain market visibility and gather competitive intelligence.

Maintain up-to-date CRM records and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.

Work closely with distribution partners and contractors to support project execution and resolve on-site challenges.

Stay informed on lighting technology trends (e.g., LED, smart lighting, IoT systems) and sustainability practices.
The assigned region and territory are performing strongly, with continued growth and a solid base of loyal clients and active projects.
