Overview
We are working with a leading European data centre developer delivering multiple new-build hyperscale projects in Frankfurt. The business is seeking a Lead Planner / Senior Planner to take full ownership of project scheduling and delivery planning across design, construction, and commissioning.
This is a client-side position that combines technical planning expertise with stakeholder and customer engagement, providing a unique opportunity to help shape delivery processes and influence key decisions on one of Europe’s most dynamic data centre programmes.

We are working with a leading European data centre developer delivering multiple new-build hyperscale projects in Frankfurt. The business is seeking a Lead Planner / Senior Planner to take full ownership of project scheduling and delivery planning across design, construction, and commissioning.
This is a client-side position that combines technical planning expertise with stakeholder and customer engagement, providing a unique opportunity to help shape delivery processes and influence key decisions on one of Europe’s most dynamic data centre programmes.
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule from design through commissioning.
- Lead schedule coordination across design, procurement, and construction teams.
- Engage with customers, consultants, and contractors to align milestones, manage interfaces, and maintain transparency on progress and risks.
- Drive planning governance, progress reporting, and schedule risk analysis to ensure delivery certainty.
- Support project teams with scenario modelling, phasing, and sequencing strategies.
- Establish planning standards, reporting structures, and performance metrics across projects.
- Participate in client and internal project reviews, presenting programme updates and recovery plans.
- Experienced Planner / Senior Planner / Planning Manager with a background in data centres, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Strong communicator, confident engaging with customers, project partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Skilled in critical path analysis, forecasting, and change management.
- Experience in both design and construction phases preferred.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
