Regional Sales Manager – Singapore

A global leader in electronic component distribution is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across the ASEAN region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence within the electronics and semiconductor industry.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, growing key customer accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. You will also recruit, coach, and lead a successful sales team while working closely with cross-functional departments to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business across the ASEAN region.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver outstanding service.
  • Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business presentations for senior leadership.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the electronic components or semiconductor distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or building successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional ASEAN languages are advantageous.
