We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Assistant / Office Administrator to support our sales and operations teams. This role ensures excellent service throughout the sales cycle and order fulfillment, combining administrative support with a strong customer-focused approach. The position is ideal for someone looking to refine their leadership skills while contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

  • Perform general data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

  • Process new sales orders and follow through with contract review and purchasing

  • Review open orders, obtain acknowledgements, resolve issues, and communicate updates

  • Complete new customer forms and set up in company systems

  • Obtain price and lead-time quotes for services as required

  • Track invoices, PODs, CoCs, and other key documents

  • Provide backup administrative support to Account Managers and colleagues

  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally and efficiently

Office Administration:

  • Handle and verify office invoices and expenses

  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance requests, cleaning services, building access, and IT equipment requests

  • Purchase and track office supplies

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate lunch or dinner arrangements

  • Welcome and onboard new employees, ensuring access and necessary equipment is provided

  • Support internal IT systems, orientation, and team integration processes

Requirements

  • High School or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in supply chain or related industries

  • Experience in electronic components or computer parts industries preferred

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
