In this role, you will develop and implement robust verification strategies for HBM products, collaborating closely with design, modeling, and architecture teams. You will also help drive innovation in simulation flows, integrating digital and analog verification processes to deliver exceptional product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive verification strategies to ensure the robustness and accuracy of HBM products.

  • Collaborate with design, modeling, and architecture teams to integrate advanced verification tools and methodologies.

  • Improve and streamline simulation flows, integrating digital and analog verification processes.

  • Provide verification support by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full chip builds.

  • Mentor and support junior engineers to enhance verification best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience establishing and simulating verification environments using Analog-Mixed Signal (Verilog + Spice).

  • Proficiency with Fastspice (Primesim, Finesim, or Spectre) based simulations.

  • In-depth understanding of digital and analog circuits, simulation, and debugging.

  • Proven ability to guide verification efforts and develop test cases for DRAM or emerging memory architectures.

Preferred:

  • Experience with schematic analysis and understanding of UVM.

  • Knowledge of DFT features, including custom DFT and standard scan chains.

  • Familiarity with IEEE1500/JTAG, data path timing, and critical timing analysis.

  • Experience with simulation-based reliability analysis (BTI, HC).

  • Ownership of verification and end-to-end analysis of complex full-chip builds.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive compensation package with excellent benefits.

  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge semiconductor technology.

  • Collaborative, innovative engineering culture.
