We are working with a leading global IT lifecycle solutions provider to recruit an experienced Senior Storage Trader / Broker. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with deep expertise in enterprise storage systems to take ownership of high-value trading activities across the secondary IT hardware market.
The successful candidate will manage procurement and resale of enterprise storage systems across major brands including EMC, NetApp, HPE, Dell, IBM, and Hitachi. You’ll leverage your established network and technical knowledge to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and deliver profitable outcomes.
This role also provides strategic support to internal sales teams, offering market intelligence, pricing guidance, and procurement insights to help drive client success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement and resale of enterprise IT storage systems across the global secondary market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, OEM partners, brokers, and end-users.

Collaborate with internal sales teams to structure client-facing deals and manage complex requirements.

Provide market insights on pricing, availability, and product trends.

Identify and act on arbitrage opportunities within shifting market conditions.

Partner with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of end-of-life products and emerging technologies.
About You
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT hardware brokerage, trading, or ITAD.

Strong technical understanding of enterprise storage systems (SAN, NAS, RAID, SSD, HDD, etc.).

Proven track record of closing profitable deals and maintaining a strong book of business.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and forecasting skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.

Experience collaborating with internal sales teams and supporting client opportunities.
Preferred:

Global sourcing experience.

Familiarity with R2/ISO standards and ITAD sustainability practices.

Experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Background working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
