Warehouse Associate – Netherlands (Temporary Contract)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and quality across all warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive products from couriers, verify accuracy, and perform initial inspection

  • Unpack and photograph incoming items for documentation

  • Identify and report missing or damaged inventory

  • Scan, record and route materials to quality inspectors

  • Sort, organise and store inventory in designated areas

  • Repackage, relabel and prepare items for correct shipment

  • Handle domestic and international invoicing

  • Support logistics operations including carriers, customs documentation and export requirements

  • Process customer RMAs and returns to suppliers

  • Wrap, stack and store pallets and bulk items safely

  • Operate warehouse equipment

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet KPIs and operational targets


What You Bring

  • Experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations (preferred)

  • Understanding of quality checks and inspection processes (advantageous)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; English required, Dutch a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory software

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work overtime when required


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods

  • Capable of bending, lifting, carrying and kneeling as needed

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs independently (and over 50 lbs with assistance)
