An international organisation operating within a fast-paced, technology-driven sector is looking for a Business Analyst to join its regional IT team, working on a hybrid basis from Singapore.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both business and technical teams to support the delivery of systems, process improvements and data-driven initiatives across a global environment. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements from key stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Review and analyse current workflows to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Produce clear documentation including process maps, use cases and requirement documents
- Collaborate with project managers, developers and testing teams throughout project delivery
- Perform data analysis to support business insights and operational decision-making
- Assist with system testing, validation and implementation of new solutions or enhancements
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables align with business objectives
- Support initiatives across core operational processes including order management and procurement workflows
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Approximately 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Familiarity with process modelling or business analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to SQL or Power BI for reporting or analysis
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum project environments
