Production Manager – Warehouse Operations (Electronics / Logistics)

We are representing a well-established organization within the electronics and logistics space that is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery while driving strong people leadership and continuous improvement.


Role Overview

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, outbound, quality checks, inventory control, and workforce management. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational execution with process optimization, compliance, and team development in a fast-paced electronics environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring smooth material flow and timely processing.

  • Manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet customer and production requirements.

  • Ensure order accuracy, packing quality, and shipment readiness in line with delivery SLAs.

  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and workflow to improve productivity and safety.

  • Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and root-cause investigation of discrepancies.

  • Plan and optimize manpower allocation to support production peaks and operational demands.

  • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety, quality, EHS, and operational standards.

  • Support internal and external audits, including ISO, ESD, documentation, and quality requirements.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the warehouse team.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in electronics warehouse operations, production logistics, or a similar environment.

  • Strong understanding of electronics handling standards (e.g. ESD, MSL, traceability) is highly advantageous.

  • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to manage teams in a high-volume environment.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight operational deadlines.
