We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow and manage strategic accounts across the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of OEM and EMS customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the independent distribution channel.

  • Provide strategic sourcing solutions, particularly during component shortages and allocation.

  • Work closely with internal sourcing and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and gross profit objectives.

  • Travel to customer sites and trade events as needed (approx. 20–30%).

Required Experience:

  • Current experience in independent distribution of electronic components (mandatory).

  • Strong existing network of contacts in the DACH electronics manufacturing market.

  • Proven success in managing large accounts and closing high-value deals.

  • Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, shortages, and component lifecycles.

  • Fluent in German and English.
