We’re partnering with a leading global distributor of electronic components that continues to expand its footprint across Asia. To support this growth, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive sales and strengthen customer partnerships across the China region.

You’ll be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts within sectors such as automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and aerospace/defence. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in electronic component sales who thrives in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and market share within assigned customers.

  • Manage relationships with OEMs, EMS providers, and design houses to identify new opportunities.

  • Work closely with internal teams (purchasing, product, and operations) to deliver seamless customer support.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

  • Track market activity and competitor developments to inform account strategy.

  • Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to align on key customer initiatives.

  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management within the electronic components distribution or semiconductor industry.

  • Strong network across key customer segments – automotive, industrial, consumer, or aerospace/defence preferred.

  • Solid understanding of component supply chains and market dynamics.

  • Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).

  • Based in Shenzhen, Suzhou, or Shanghai, with willingness to travel across the region as required.
