Vice President, Corporate Strategy & PMO

 

This is a high-impact executive role, reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for shaping and executing the company’s global growth strategy across multiple business lines, including aftermarket services, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and field infrastructure services.

You’ll operate at the center of the business, driving strategic direction, leading transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment between commercial growth, operational excellence, and long-term market expansion.


What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the company’s multi-year growth strategy
  • Develop market insights to inform expansion, new services, and competitive positioning
  • Partner with business unit leaders to align strategy across global operations
  • Evaluate M&A opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments

Marketing & Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Own and shape global marketing strategy, including brand positioning and messaging
  • Ensure go-to-market initiatives support pipeline growth and customer acquisition
  • Leverage market intelligence and customer insights to refine value propositions
  • Drive campaigns and digital strategy to enhance visibility and commercial impact

PMO & Transformation Leadership

  • Lead the corporate PMO, ensuring disciplined execution of strategic initiatives
  • Oversee prioritisation, governance, and performance tracking across programs
  • Enable cross-functional delivery of large-scale transformation projects

Business Growth & Transformation

  • Drive initiatives that improve scalability, profitability, and customer experience
  • Support pricing strategy, market entry, and service innovation
  • Champion digital transformation and data-led decision making

Executive Leadership

  • Build and lead high-performing teams across strategy, PMO, and marketing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team
  • Present strategic updates, growth plans, and performance insights to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years’ experience in strategy, transformation, PMO, or commercial leadership
  • Background in technology, services, supply chain, or adjacent sectors
  • Proven track record of driving growth and leading complex global initiatives
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including exposure to pricing and business performance
  • Experience influencing at executive and board level
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and strategic thinker
  • Degree qualified (MBA or equivalent preferred)
