We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to spearhead our clients' global SAP initiatives. As the Senior Director, you will oversee the management of SAP systems across our global organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the semiconductor or high-tech industry, coupled with expertise in S4 HANA migration. Moreover, a proven track record of navigating the complexities of global enterprises is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the global SAP strategy, driving innovation and process enhancement in line with corporate objectives.
  • Establish and lead a high-performing global SAP team, providing mentorship and support.
  • Take charge of the migration from legacy SAP systems to S4 HANA, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and champion SAP solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, overseeing contract negotiation and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Implement governance processes to ensure compliance, security, and data integrity within SAP systems.
  • Strategically manage the SAP budget and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of SAP technology advancements, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in SAP system management, with at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Prior experience leading S4 HANA migration projects is advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, especially with senior executives.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating business needs into SAP solutions.
  • Proficient in project management, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.
