MRL Consulting Group is growing its specialist technology recruitment team and is seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant / Headhunter.

This is a pure delivery role focused on sourcing, engaging and placing high-calibre candidates across global technology markets. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and clients across semiconductors, electronics, software and emerging technologies.

What you’ll do

• Headhunt and engage specialist and senior technology professionals
• Build and manage long-term talent pipelines
• Conduct structured candidate interviews and assessments
• Deliver shortlists for retained and contingent assignments
• Map niche markets and identify passive talent
• Support international client delivery projects
• Provide market intelligence and candidate insight

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in recruitment, research, resourcing or delivery
• Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methods
• Professional, consultative approach
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Motivated by delivery, quality and outcomes
