We are partnering with a leading global technology company to recruit an experienced and visionary Vice President & General Manager for their fast-growing Applied Plasma business line. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-value, niche business at the forefront of advanced electronics manufacturing.

The Role
You will have full P&L and operational responsibility, leading the business from approximately 30 to over 100 employees while building market dominance in automated atmospheric plasma equipment for semiconductor, printed circuit board, and microelectronics manufacturing. The role requires an energetic, strategic, and persuasive leader capable of engaging senior executives at top-tier global semiconductor companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, revenue, and market expansion.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client engagements.

  • Lead product development, R&D, and commercialization of atmospheric plasma technologies.

  • Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance with full P&L accountability.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Candidate Profile

  • Mid-career professional with seniority to lead strategic growth while maintaining operational agility.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with proven ability to influence at executive levels.

  • Deep business acumen, strategic thinking, and financial management experience.

  • Track record of successfully scaling high-value technology businesses.

  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing is highly desirable.

Working Conditions
