We're excited to offer an exceptional opportunity to join our global RF team. As a Senior Staff mmWave IC Design Engineer, you'll contribute to the development of cutting-edge 5G RF products in advanced CMOS processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the specification, architecture design, circuit design, implementation, and verification of complete sub-systems for 5G mmWave ICs
• Focus on developing innovative architectures and circuits for top-notch performance

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

• Hold a Masters' degree or PhD in a closely related field
• Bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial experience
• Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering CMOS mmWave transceivers to mass production
• Possess excellent knowledge of RF system analysis and specification
• Have strong experience with 2.5D and 3D EM simulation tools
• Experience with optimization of mmWave circuit layout
• Familiarity with design in advanced CMOS technologies (28nm or below)
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and innovative thinking
• Be highly motivated and results-driven
• Be a strong team player, capable of collaborating on complex projects and working independently
• Communicate effectively across different timezones and cultures
• Have excellent time management and organization skills

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Cadence Analog Design Environment
• Understanding of RF performance requirements for cellular systems
• Experience with mmWave IC testing
• Competence in data analysis using Matlab and/or Python
