At MRL, we've developed multiple roles to allow people to play to their individual strengths. From entry-level Resourcer roles to positions that let you focus solely on developing new business, our career paths allow for every eventuality.

Resourcer
Resourcer is our entry-level role, perfect for those who are new to recruitment. You'll join a team of experienced consultants, learning our processes and industries without having to deal with clients directly.

Account Manager
Our Account Manager model is perfect for those who have some experience in recruitment. You'll work on live accounts with active roles, focusing on proactively headhunting candidates without having to manage the entire process.

360 Consultant
360 Consultants manage the entire recruitment process, from finding and pitching to new clients to proactively headhunting candidates, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. 360 Consultants are often supported by Resourcer's and Account Managers, helping you to source candidates for your live roles.
