4-day week
In 2019 we pioneered the 4-day week in the recruitment industry. Work a 4-day week, every week, forever, with no extra hours or loss of pay.
Presidents Club
Twice per year, overachievers are rewarded with an all-expenses-paid holiday.
Sabbatical
Every 5 years, recieve a month long, fully paid sabbatical and £1,000 to go towards your travels.
Quarterly Dinners
Every quarter, we take everyone who hits target out for an all-expenses paid dinner to some of the best restaurants in town

Commission & Bonuses

I'm certainly not new to recruitment, but I'm somewhat new to MRL compared to others. After two years, I've had more success here than I've ever had in my 14 years of recruitment which I think says something about the environment here.
