We're seeking a Senior RF IC Design Engineer to join a global RF team. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing cutting-edge 6G cellular RF products in advanced CMOS processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, implementation and verification of 6G RF IC sub-systems
• Focus on innovative signal path or synthesizer designs for top-notch performance

Qualifications:

• Masters' degree or PhD in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Proven track record in delivering high-performance CMOS RF transceivers
• Strong knowledge of RF system analysis and collaboration skills
• Experience with advanced CMOS technologies (16nm or below)
• Expertise in RF IC layout optimization and strong analytical skills
• Innovative thinker and effective team player
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Cadence Analog Design Environment
• Familiarity with EM simulation tools
• Understanding of RF performance requirements for cellular systems
• Proficiency in data analysis using Matlab and/or Python

Location: Choice of 2 x RF Design Centres in the South of England. Both locations offer great living environments and easy access to central London.
