Ben Lane joined us in 2021 to help our clients in the Software and Infrastructure space; specialising in industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing. In four short months, he passed his probation after an incredible performance and glowing feedback from the clients he began working with.

Ben is now a part of our RPO team, where he continues to deliver outstanding consultancy to candidates and regularly receives the best feedback MRL has to show. His efforts and ability to keep performing whilst aiding and providing support to his colleagues are some of the reasons why he was recently promoted to Senior Account Manager - well done, Ben!

Ben has a keen interest in football and has played with local teams for more than a decade. Growing up in the same town as a number of our other recruiters, he's fit in with the culture here as well as anyone could and is always a familiar face at our social events.
