Meet The Team

Benoît has been an Account Manager at MRL since May 2018 and is in charge of recruiting engineers in the automotive field across Southern Europe from our office in France.

He is passionate about Formula 1 and practices karting in competitions. Benoît directed his studies to become an Automotive Engineer, where he Graduated from the Estaca in 2004 and the Ecole des Pétroles et Moteurs in 2005. He did his final year internship at Renault F1 and began his career at Renault in the engine design offices at Reuil Malmaison.

In 2010, after returning to his home region (PACA), he first met Jean-Baptiste Norée, who advised him to get into sales in the hope he would become a recruiter. In 2018, their paths crossed again, and they finally started working together.

Since then, Benoît has specialized in recruiting Engineers for emerging automotive technologies such as ADAS, autonomous vehicles, vehicle electrification via li-ion battery and Fuel Cell development.

His wife considers Benoît to be a man of few words. But talk to him about mechanics, fluidics, thermodynamics, and CAD, and he'll talk to you until the cows come home!
