Meet The Team

Dan joined MRL in the latter part of 2021 to work alongside our team in Hove, covering the automotive industry across Europe and America alongside a number of our consultants in France. Dan holds an undergrad in English Literature from Queen Mary's and a master's in Philosophy from the University of Sussex, making him one of the most academic members of MRL.

Dan's meticulous nature has lent itself to the world of recruiting and his career at MRL, approaching every single brief of a new vacancy with incredible focus and precision. The clients Dan works with have all been extremely impressed with his approach to recruiting candidates and the breadth of key information he is able to provide. 

Now a Senior Account Manager and Practice Lead of our Automotive & Transportation division, he is well into his career and is consistently placing high-performing candidates into high-quality roles. 

Outside of work, Dan is still a keen reader and the number of books he has amassed over the years is enough to put any library to shame. When he doesn't have a book in his hand, Dan can be found supporting his favourite artists at concerts, or in a restaurant with friends sampling some of Brighton's best food.
